Merry Gebretsadik makes sure our team has the resources and coordination needed to advance DC Green Bank’s mission and our operations run smooth day in and out.
Prior to joining DC Green Bank, Merry worked in the Executive Office of the Mayor for the District of Columbia, where she supported mayoral appointments and recruitment t for boards, commissions, and senior leadership roles. She previously worked in the Colorado Governor’s Office, supporting communications and implementation for federally funded infrastructure initiatives.
Merry earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Ethnic Studies from Colorado State University. She is passionate about public service and building efficient systems that help organizations better serve their communities.
Outside of work, Merry enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
