As chief of staff, Renee builds relationships with community leaders and policymakers, supports the CEO, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
Renee previously worked for the DC Mayor’s office, working as Special Assistant to the Mayor’s Deputy Chief of Staff, and later as Special Assistant to the Senior Advisor to the Mayor. She worked on all things DC250 and supported the early stages of the redevelopment of the RFK Campus. Before that, Renee was a communications and education consultant.
Renee is a DC native and third-generation Washingtonian. She holds a B.A. in English and African and African American Studies from Dartmouth College, and an M.A. in American Studies from The George Washington University.
