March 3, 2021 – Special Meeting of the DC Green Bank Board

DC Green Bank Board of Directors will hold a special meeting, to deliberate regarding a temporary delegation of investment authority in light of a recusal for conflicts of interest. At the special meeting, the Board also intends to convene in a closed executive session to discuss confidential business information and consult with counsel in relation to particular investments.
