Doug leads our investment team, guiding our work deploying and raising capital that is building a more affordable, efficient, and resilient community.
He brings decades of experience in finance and has structured and closed more than $10 billion in debt and equity real estate transactions across all asset classes nationally. Doug has also worked in impact investing with the flagship impact private equity fund at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and served as Senior Vice President and CDFI Executive Director at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC).
He holds a B.A. from Saint Michael’s College and an M.S. in real estate finance from New York University. A native Vermonter, Doug spends his free time skiing and doing home and garden projects.
