Gaby works with our partners throughout the loan cycle to ensure they deliver successful clean energy and resilient development projects across the District. She manages DC Green Bank’s commercial loan portfolio, overseeing loan servicing, asset management, and risk management.
She brings 15+ years of experience in banking and lending, specializing in commercial loans, residential mortgages, and client relationship management. Gaby studied business administration at Universities at Shady Grove and International Business at Montgomery College and completed the Global Business Certificate Program at Harvard Business School.
Gaby is actively engaged in supporting Maryland’s Hispanic community and serves as Chair for the State of Maryland on the Governor’s Commission on Hispanic and Latin American Affairs.
