Hailee is part of our loan servicing team, supporting lending partners throughout the full life of each loan.
She brings extensive experience in commercial real estate portfolio management, with a focus on sustainable development and clean energy financing. Prior to joining DC Green Bank, Hailee served as an account manager supporting the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Challenge, where she worked with organizations to advance energy efficiency initiatives.
Hailee earned a master’s in sustainable urban planning from The George Washington University and a B.A. in political science from Nova Southeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys watching tennis, spending time with her cat, and exploring ways to foster more resilient communities.
